Zero Energy Building System
zero energy building
What is ZEB?
What is a zero energy building?
Zero Energy Building uses insulators and windows with excellent insulation performance to minimize the amount of energy lost to the outside through the building envelope, and uses renewable energy such as sunlight and geothermal heat to provide energy used for air conditioning and heating. It refers to a green building that can minimize energy consumption or self-supply.
[Green Building Construction Support Act Article 2 (Definition) No. 4]
Mandatory zero-energy construction step-by-step
With the announcement of the revised detailed roadmap (draft) in 2019, the mandatory zero-energy building certification will be implemented in earnest. (It will be mandatory from 2020 for public buildings with a total floor area of 1,000㎡ or more, and the scope will be expanded to private buildings from 2025.)

Construction Diagram of Zero Energy Management System
In the zero energy management system, remote metering meters installed on site and environmental information (temperature, humidity, fine dust, CO2, TVOC, etc.) are collected to optimally control air conditioning, heat sources, and sanitary facilities through an automatic control system (BAS). Through proper operation of the zero energy management system, a pleasant indoor environment is created, economical maintenance of building facilities and energy costs are reduced.
